Adam's Forest Damselfly( Drepanosticta adami) Not found since its description, more than 70 years ago. The species may already be extinct. It is not present in any of the large odonatological collections from the island made by entomologist over the last 50 years (NHM Basle (Switzerland); NMNH - Smithsonian Institution (USA); Lund University (Sweden); and University of Vienna (Austria)). Also, it was not found during the assessor's surveys in recent years (in 1995, 2001 and 2003). www.redlist.org/search/details.php?species=59721&tab=all

Would be interesting to see a photograph as evidence for the apparently rediscovery. (or another article on the rediscovery)

seems to have been rediscovered "Also as regards Drepanosticta adami, Drepanosticta hilaris, Drepanosticta montana and Elattoneura leucostigma the fieldwork in 2012 was successful. New localities for these species have been found, but still, as stated in the first report, their distribution is very limited and habitats severely degraded due to tea and other crops cultivation, forest clearing, water extraction for cultivation and domestic use as well as increasing pollution of small streams and trickles." source: " rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.rufford.org/rsg/projects/matja%C5%BE_bedjani%C4%
