In my opinion we should expand the newly discovered topic and have more sub-boards; as it is now all animals are in a single board and it makes it hard to get a good overview on the animals. I think we should split the animal category into these three:
Newly discovered Birds
Newly discovered Mammals
Other newly discovered animals

I suggest that we create more sub-boards in the newly discovered and rediscovered boards.
To give reptiles and amphibians as well as fishes their own sub-boards.
An example:
Rediscovered reptiles and amphibians Rediscovered fishes
Newly discovered reptiles and amphibians Newly discovered fishes

Could it be that you have lost some threads? I am missing Leptotyphlops carlae.

I've found it. I think it was moved to the wrong board by accident. It was located in the " Extinct Prehistoric Reptiles, Mammal-like Reptiles, Marine Reptiles, Flying Reptiles" board. I've moved it to the right new board: World's tiniest snake discovered on Barbados. At least, I think you mean this thread. Right Melanie?
