Appalachia hebardi
Pennsylvania (SNR), Virginia (SH), West Virginia (SNR)
So far as known last reported pre-1970. Likely has been affected by biocides applications in much of range, but no solid information. Spray records in PA would be old and may no longer exist. Not adequately looked for recently. Seems likely to be extant, esp. in Va. Should not get an automatic G1 if rediscovered.
