Glischropus javanus (Chasen, 1939) This species is only known from two close localities and collected only twice, nearly 70 years apart. It was described in 1939 (holotype possibly collected earlier) from Mt Pangeango in western Java, Indonesia. But it was not collected again until A. Suyanto collected a single specimen from bamboo in the buffer Zone of the Gunung Halimun National Park in 2004. So, not collected between 1939 (?) and 2004.
