As this project has been on hold most of the past summer, I want to fire it up again....

We need a place where we all can create and edit the e-book. This forum is not the best place for it, not easy to edit. Personally I think a wiki would be the best solution. But I want to know what the other participants think of it. At the end it must not an e-book by me or The Sixth Extinction, but it must be one of us all!
A while back I created a wiki: www.petermaas.nl/extinct/wiki/index.php I created it to test the MediaWiki software for a photo gallery, but it is not working as I want it to be (probably due to my knowledge of the software). We can use it for this e-book project. Feel free to edit it. Or install this software somewhere else (on my server or the server of one of the other participants). Or some other wiki software.
Any ideas?
