Type Locality.—Cuautla de Las Amilpas, “Puebla” [Morelos]; syntype apparently lost. A nomum dubium (OPINION 1932; International Commission of Zoological Nomenclature; Bulletin of Zoological Nomenclature, 56:206–207; September 1999). Distribution.—Known only from the type locality; presumed to be extinct.
